Service model built for direct procurement teams.

Zephyr keeps the process lean: product brief, sample decision, compliance file, private-label packaging and shipment plan move through one controlled RFQ trail.

01

SKU intake and quote normalization

Many appliance RFQs arrive with incomplete voltage, plug, finish, carton and market requirements. Zephyr starts by translating the request into a comparable SKU sheet. The team separates mandatory performance items from preference items, flags certification gaps, and returns the questions that truly affect cost. For range hoods this means airflow, noise target, filter style, ducting, motor grade and cabinet finish. For refrigeration it means volume, compressor choice, climate class, outdoor rating, door configuration and energy label expectations. For home climate products it means capacity, airflow, refrigerant, smart control options and decibel level. Buyers get a quote structure they can compare internally instead of a collection of disconnected factory comments.

02

Sample, packaging and label coordination

Once a SKU is feasible, Zephyr connects the sample build with packaging decisions early. That avoids a common delay where the product is technically ready but carton artwork, language panels, warning labels and importer marks are still missing. The service list covers private-label logo placement, color matching, retail carton dielines, user manual structure, barcode location, pallet plan and photo requirements for e-commerce listings. The process is intentionally minimal and document-led, because importers often need to brief sales, compliance, logistics and finance teams at the same time. Zephyr keeps each change tied to the original SKU sheet, so a new finish or accessory bundle does not disappear into email history.

03

Compliance routing and production handoff

Before mass production, the sourcing path is checked against destination-market requirements. Zephyr does not present certification as decoration; it treats it as a production constraint. Voltage, plug type, energy labeling, refrigerant statement, water-contact requirements, safety marks and packaging language are reviewed against the selling channel. The handoff pack can include inspection points for finish, carton drop, temperature pull-down, airflow, noise, function buttons, user manual inserts and barcode scanning. This reduces downstream rework for distributors that need to move inventory through big-box retail, marketplace fulfillment, hospitality procurement or regional importer networks. The service closes with a clear production calendar and a shipment-readiness checklist.
